DLT CAN-bus Hydraulic Power control systems We can design and supply complete CAN-bus control systems for a wide range of hydraulic power applications, based on adaptations of our proven DL-P40 heavy lifting control system. Our DL-P40 control system has been used successfully to complete numerous heavy lifting projects and has passed the full range of European electro-magnetic conformance tests (EMC). It has also been approved for use in live nuclear power plants in the USA following a rigorous 24 hour continuous running test in a live plant with the control system components placed adjacent to transformers, high voltage lines and switchgear. Our DL-P40 Heavy lift control system is based around our two standard intelligent CAN nodes as shown below. A power pack CAN node which is able to connect to a range of sensors and hydraulic directional control valves and a Jack CAN node that is primarily used to collect sensor data on the jack and intelligently control the power pack CAN node. A central computer is in overall control of the system. The software in the two types of CAN node and in the central computer and the hardware connections in the CAN nodes can easily be adapted to suit other applications, whilst retaining the core automation and safety features built into the system.
